About Wildflower Honey

Wildflower honey is made from nectar gathered from a changing mix of flowering plants near the hive. Because that mix changes with the location, season, and weather, each harvest can have its own color, aroma, sweetness, and flavor.

Flavor and Character

There is no single wildflower flavor. One harvest may be light, delicate, and floral, while another may be richer, fruitier, earthy, or bold. The color can also range from pale gold to deep amber. That natural variety is what makes every wildflower harvest distinctive.
